How To add Adsense To A blog

Enable AdSense on your blog

You can make money with your blog by enabling AdSense. AdSense is Google's content-targeted advertising program. If you use AdSense, relevant ads will automatically be shown based on what your posts are about. For example, if you blog about baseball, you might see ads for “Major League Baseball memorabilia” next to your post. If you blog about painting, you might see ads for “Art Supplies.”

Enable AdSense for your blog

  1. Click on the Earnings tab from the drop-down menu on your dashboard.
  2. Earnings tab from the drop-down menu
  3. You’ll then see the AdSense overview page. If you haven’t signed up for AdSense yet, click Sign up for AdSense.
Can’t click Sign up for AdSense
  4. Select whether you'd like AdSense on the Google Account you're currently signed in to, or if you'd like to create a new Google Account.
  5. Complete the application form, review the information you've provided, and then agree to terms and conditions.
Ads will not appear on your blog until your application has been approved. Once you receive confirmation that your application was approved, you can control the ways the ads show up on your blog through the settings on the Earnings tab at anytime. It’s up to you whether or not to show ads, and where on your blog to display those ads (sidebar and posts, just sidebar, or just posts) if you’re using Traditional templates. Dynamic Views users can skip this step, as we’ve already optimized ad placement for Dynamic Views templates.

How to Add a Banner to a Blogger Blog

Adding a banner to your Blogger pages can be useful in generating advertising revenue for your blog, or for featuring your own products and services more prominently. Blogger doesn't include a layout option for inserting a separate top banner above your blog title, but you can create the option yourself with a minor edit to your blog's HTML code. If you only want to add an image banner in place of your blog title or behind the title in the header area, the process is much simpler, and requires no code editing.

Make Money For CHRISTMAS As A Bulksms Service Provider With Little Capital.

ShortCode SMS business simply involves setting up a system that allows you to use a "short code" to provide variety of mobile content through text messaging. People that subscribe to your "shortcode" are billed automatically by their network provider and you get your own share from it.

WHAT IS A SHORTCODE?

Well, it is a 5 or 6 digit phone number which GSM users can send some information to. You can get it from companies or sites that offer short code services in Nigeria. You cannot get it directly from MTN, Glo etc

The way people that text a shortcode are billed is different from the way they are billed when they text gsm numbers. Shortcode have the following tariff, N30, N50, N100. The tariff is the airtime value that will be deducted whenever anyone respond to the code.

Big Brother Africa, Nigerian idols are examples of TV programs that use "short code" for SMS voting. It can also be used for SMS competitions, Text 2 Win promotions, charity sms donations and can also be used to provide information services eg health tips etc

If you set up a shortcode, you can make money in partnership with the company that issued the code to you, while you also have access to the phone numbers of the short code subscribers for other marketing purposes.
